What's include in a full self build kit?
SIPs is quickly becoming the preferred method of construction within the construction sector. In addition to using less timber and being one of the most eco-friendly forms of construction, SIPs are also very versatile and can be used to construct any type of building including garden rooms, home offices, glamping pods, lodges, annexes, extensions, houses, classrooms and so on. Our kits come with the following:
Sips panels - 98mm thick walls panels, 122mm thick floor and roof
C24 Timbers- cut to exact lengths to form the openings around window and door recesses
Splines - fully insulated splines keep all joints insulated
Roof materials - EPDM rubber, trims and adhesive
Fixings - screws, nails, jointing adhesives and foam
Thermowood cladding - extenal high grade cladding
CanExcel - cut to length clading panels making it easy to build
Windows and doors
Everything is also fully labelled up with a full instruction document included
